A native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast, Brehm grew up in Hancock County and earned his undergraduate degree at the University of Southern Mississippi. Continuing his education at the University of Mississippi Law School, he earned his doctorate and has been practicing law for over three decades on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, focusing his practice on personal injury cases.
In recent years, Brehm began collaborating with Gulfport attorney David Pitre, who is also licensed in Louisiana. With this arrangement, Brehm has expanded both his reach and resources to work with accident victims in both Louisiana and Mississippi.
Brehm is a very devoted husband and father, and an involved member in his community, especially focusing on the issues of public education and the betterment of our youth. He has served in many organizations, including the Kiwanis Club, the Hancock County Historical Society, the Chamber of Commerce, and more.

Cindy Eberhart serves as the bookkeeper for the Law Office of Brehm T. Bell. She has served as a secretary and bookkeeper for numerous organizations and churches, and has recently received her Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting. Cindy is married to Jeff Eberhart and is the proud mother to three sons.
